Currently, we primarily produce the following gear ratios: 18:1, 16:1, 13:1, 12:1, and a dual sector gear with a ratio of 9:1 and 6.5:1. Our gears are precision-engineered using state-of-the-art CNC machining equipment. The bevel gears are manufactured using the Metal Injection Molding (MIM) process, while the central shaft gear, sector gear, and spur gear are made from 40Cr steel through CNC turning, milling, and hobbing. These components are then heat-treated to a Rockwell hardness of HRC42-50 to ensure durability during high-speed operation.

Continuous improvements to the gear parameters over an extended period have enabled us to achieve smoother operation and reduced noise output. Additionally, we are experimenting with 20CrMoTi and 30CrMnSiNi materials to further enhance the maximum torque and toughness of our gears.

The gear shaft and gear plate are designed with a 0.05mm interference fit, ensuring a secure connection through a press-fit. Strict control over tolerances during the actual production process is crucial to guarantee the quality, stability, and reliability of the gear connections. Deviations from the optimal tolerances can adversely impact the service life of the gears during high-speed operation and potentially lead to the separation of the gear shaft from the gear.

Each gear set contains the following components: 1. Sector gear × 1 pc, spur gear × 1 pc, and bevel gear × 1 pc, all manufactured from 40Cr steel (except the bevel gear and pin) using CNC machining. 2. The bevel gear is produced using the MIM process, while the central shaft gear is CNC-machined from 40Cr steel. 3. The available drive ratios are 18:1, 16:1, 13:1, and 12:1. 4. The Rockwell hardness range is HRC42-50 (pin hardness HRC55-60, bevel gear HRC42-47). 5. The recommended battery voltage is 11.1V. 6. These gears are suitable for use in version 2 or 3 airsoft gearboxes. 7. The gears are manufactured using CNC machining, turning, and hobbing processes, ensuring high precision and high strength. 8. Optimized tooth shape and chamfering reduce friction and noise.
